The football club is one of the oldest clubs here at the University of Lincoln. The club has three teams, which play within the BUCS leagues on Wednesday afternoons. They are a vital part of the sports and societies office and most of the teams are highly ranked within the BUCS leagues playing against the best universities in the country. The men's 1st team is aiming to get back in the Premiership and will be looking for the best players to help them do this. As well as regular post-match nights out the club hosts a number of social events throughout the year. This club does hold trials to become part of the team which are usually held on the west common during freshers week. To become part of the trials make sure you attend the sports and socieite fayre within fresher’s week and find the football stand so you have guaranteed that your name is down.
