Joining a sports club or society at ULSU couldn't be easier. You can join anytime of year and all you need to do is follow the steps below.

1. Find a Club or Society you are interested in

Explore the range of sports clubs and societies on offer in the A-Z lists (A-Z Sport Clubs, A-Z Societies). Click on the club or society link in this list to read more about them or click the email address to contact the President of that club or society.

2. Contact the Club or Society for more information

On these pages, there will also be details for you to find out when their next meeting/social takes place. Some clubs and societies might provide a Facebook link. Should you have any questions at all about the club or society you are interested in, please get in touch with them.

3. Get involved and join!

You can join a club or society either online or at the SU Reception.

Note: You must wait 24 hours after enrolment before joining a club or society to allow your information to be available in our system

SU Reception

1. Bring your STUDENT ID CARD to the SOAP Centre
   The SU reception is located on the ground floor of the Engine Shed
2. Sign a Decleration
   You will be required to sign a code of conduct when joining
3. Make a payment
   Pay at the till by cash or card
4. Membership
   You are now a member of the club or society

Joining Online

1. Register on lincolnsu.com
   You will need to sign up as a new user when asked
2. Enter your contact details
   Input your Surname, Student ID Number (number only) and date of birth accurately.
   (These details are used to confirm you are eligible to join a Sport Team or Society)
3. Select the Sports Teams and/or Societies
   Select the clubs and societies you wish to join under the Sport and Society tabs
4. Make a payment
   There is a small booking fee which is applied for online transactions
5. Membership
   Allow three working days for your membership to be activated, if you haven't heard from us your membership will be active

There is a cooling off period of 14 working days after you join. Should you require a refund, please contact SU Receiption with a copy of your joining confirmation email.
